The Freakiest, most Amazing Life Art I've Ever Seen!

Theo Jansen is a Dutch engineer and artist who creates kinectic works of art that imitate living things.

These beautiful, otherworldly, creations consists of intricate, moving skeletons built out of PVC tubes and are engineered to use the wind to power them. Jansen eventually wants to "put these animals out in herds on the beaches, so they will live their own lives."

As you watch the video, you will see will Jansen refers to them as animals--they move like living things!
